Jessica M. Wright
Welcome to my page! I am currently a graduate student in Dr. Bart Krekelberg's research laboratory located at Rutgers-Newark. I am in the final year of my thesis titled "Neural Mechanisms of Position Perception" with an anticipated graduation date of June 2013. My research incorporates various behavioral studies including tDCS experiments and clinical populations (hemianopia & spatial neglect). In addition, my final experiment, which will be completed prior to graduation, will utilize fMRI. Ideally, I would like to continue clinical research in my next endeavor.

When I am not in the lab you can typically find me volunteering at my local church (http://www.liquidchurch.com/) or supporting a local agency dedicated to assisting survivors of domestic violence, Women Aware (http://womenaware.net/). The above picture was from a solo trip to Ireland last year and I very much hope to visit there again or other countries in the near future.
